Gemma brings over 14 years of experience in advertising and production, having worked at leading agencies across Australia before joining Beautiful Pictures as a producer. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Communications in Film and Video in 2007, Gemma has produced work for an impressive list of clients, including Nestlé, Transport NSW, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark Australia, Vodafone, University of Western Australia, RAC, St John Ambulance WA, Mental Health Commission, Kleenheat, MSWA, City of Perth, and WA Police.

Her years spent on the agency side give her invaluable insight into the creative process and client expectations, allowing her to anticipate needs, navigate challenges, and build trust across all sides of a production.

Her strength lies in balancing creative ambition with production practicality. With a keen eye for detail and a strong creative sensibility, Gemma is known for managing complex budgets while building lasting relationships with clients and agency teams alike.

As an agency producer, Gemma’s standout work includes the award-winning St John Ambulance ‘Break the Barrier’ campaign, and The University of Western Australia’s ‘Pursue Impossible’, a global campaign shot across multiple international locations over a 14-day schedule.
